SHIPPING conditions

Where applicable, freight will be charged and will be added to your shopping cart at the time of checkout / order.

We use many different shipping companies to ensure you get the best service depending on size, weight & location in the world, from TNT, DHL, Fedex, Australian mail, Toll & more. If you have a preferred Courier just let us know & we’ll try and accommodate.

** Deliveries of Larger orders, orders over 5kg weight & remote areas may incur additional charges & We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.

DELIVERY

We deliver parts all over the world via our website & over the telephone, Call us on 08 9408 0070, if outside Australia dial +61 8 9408 0070, or email us on sales@eurocarpartsaustralia.com.au to enquire about any special requirements.

90% of parcels are despatched from Perth, Western Australia, the other 10% could be dispatched direct from Manufacturer here in Australia or from over sea’s

We endeavour to despatch orders within one/two business day. Shipping times vary with different freight companies, if your part is leaving with Australia Posts please check website for shipping times to your area code.

For more urgent deliveries please either email sales@eurocarpartsaustralia.com.au or pick up the phone and call 08 9408 0070 / 0499 773 929 and we will help you to make it happen.

When using Toll Priority or TNT Express we suggest delivery direct to your workplace or somewhere were someone can be there as goods are required to be signed for, this service can only be used if someone can sign for goods as if they have to come back with your parcel we get charged a re-delivery fee.

In the event that our freight courier is unsuccessful in delivering your parcel to you on more than one occasion, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, In this case there could be additional freight charges to resend your parcel.

Delivery times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to freight / courier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.

Goods delivered internationally will be sent via DHL or TNT. You will receive an email to confirm your goods have been despatched and parcel tracking information, so you can check your parcels whereabouts. For International Buyers – Import duties, taxes & charges aren’t included in the items price or postage cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility & is down to you the buyer to know your own countries terms & conditions when it comes to taxes & duties.

PRICES

All prices on Euro Car Parts Australia Online website are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

If you are looking at buying any bulk orders please contact us and we can see what special price we can do.

If you have a genuine cheaper quote elsewhere just let us know and we’ll see if we can match or better it.

PAYMENT

All International orders are charged in Australian dollars with the exchange rate being determined at the time of the credit card or PayPal transaction. We reserve the right to refuse credit card transactions directly from overseas sources, and request that those transactions to be completed through PayPal or International bank transfer with our IBAN number

Prices listed at the time of checking out include GST, as is required by Australian law. Purchases delivered internationally are not subject to GST.

Credit card payments will be processed in the name of Euro Car Parts Australia.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Your complete satisfaction is important to us; if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily exchange, Refund or issue a credit note to the amount of the returned items, however you must contact us within fourteen days of the receipt of your order.

All items returned for exchange or a credit note must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused and unworn. Returns and exchanges must be mailed at your expense to unit 4, 38 Prindiville Drive, Wangara, WA 6065. An additional delivery cost may be charged for exchanged items.

CANCELLATIONS

You must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

If your order has not been despatched, we shall gladly cancel and refund your order.

If your order has been despatched, you will be responsible for expense of its return, and all items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent, in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused. Upon receipt of the returned items, we shall refund your order minus any delivery cost. We reserve the right to refuse items which are not returned in a good condition.

FAULTY GOODS

Should an item fall below Euro Car Parts Australia high standards, kindly contact us via email or phone within fourteen days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange or refund per our Refund Policy.

Proof of purchase and a description of the problem will be required so we can take it up with our supplier at our end.
